Shale shaker tank mud tank in the drilling fluid solids control system
Mud tank is a storage tank is the drilling fluid solids control system. Usually each set solids control system has 5 to 6 mud tanks. They are named Shale shaker tank, Mixer tank, Feeding tank , Clear water tank etc.
First tank is shale shaker tank. For the shale shaker is installed on the surface of this tank, and has two cabins. The feeding tank's surface only have mud agitators.
Each tank will contain feeding centrifugal pump, sand clear door, inner pipes with valves.
Thickness: Side thickness is 8mm, bottom thickness is 10mm.
