Bimetallic liner is a combination of hot forging high wear coat and the advantages of high chrome wear-resisting corrosion inner sleeve coat is made of quality carbon steel hot-pressing time forming, sets of high chromium cast iron in centrifugal casting, the tensile strength of the coat has a higher than 900000 psi, inner sleeve after heat treatment, hardness greater than HRC62 can bear the mud pressure of 7000 psi, its surface smooth as a mirror, the inner hole size tolerance strictly, the normal service life of up to 800 hours.
We have F series, PZ series, 3NB series, T series, TPK series, UNB, UNBT, BRN and so on.
The outer coat is made of 45# forged steel, and the inner cover is made of high chromium cast iron, containing 26-28% chromium, with wall thickness of 7.5-8mm and hrc60-67. The service life is long, generally over 800 hours, and the color can be determined according to customer's requirements.
1).The hardened steel liner service life surpasses 800 hour under the normal condition , which has earned us reputation from world wide customers .
2).Combining the characteristics of chrome with state of the art manufacturing. the liners can withstand mud pressure of up to 7000psi.
3).The bore hardness is 60 to 67 Rockwell C scales while the hull has high tensile strength of more than 90000psi.
