Tangshan Angxin Technology Co., Ltd. recently completed full inspection, packaging and loading of 20 pcs of TBM rubber gasket black eye seals, which will be shipped to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia for our long-term local tunneling contractor client.
This batch of black eye sealing gaskets is core spare parts for microtunneling and TBM trenchless construction projects. Manufactured from high-elastic wear-resistant rubber with built-in reinforcing fiber layers, the products feature excellent waterproof, anti-leakage and anti-abrasion performance, perfectly adapting to complex underground soil and high water pressure working conditions in Saudi construction sites. They effectively block mud, sand and groundwater infiltration during tunneling operations, greatly lowering equipment maintenance frequency and project downtime. Before delivery, each black eye seal underwent strict dimensional measurement, elastic tension test and compression sealing test to meet Middle East engineering standards. Considering the long sea transportation and hot climate of Saudi Arabia, all gaskets were wrapped with waterproof plastic film and packed into solid fumigated plywood cases with shockproof protection to avoid deformation and aging during transit.
