Drilling fluid solids control system's standard equipment
In the drilling process, the drilling fluid solids control system can separate the drilling fluid in differnet size to make sure the drilling pressure, and also can cool the drilling bits, save water etc.
The first process is shale shaker, it mainly separate the bigger drilling cuttings out. The second process is desander, usually the hydrocyclone is 10 inch, with 3 pcs of each set. The separation size is 47-76 micron meters. The third process is desilter, usually use 4 inch hydrocyclones, the separation size is 12-47 micron meters. The last process is decanter centrifuge. The separation size is 2-5 micron meters. And each mud tank with mud agitators and mud gun, the main function is mixer and cleaning to escape the drilling fluid's sediment. Also the two centrifugal pumps to feeeding fluid for equipment.
